Like all other Grand Seiko watch dials, the SBGM249 features a sophisticated dial with delicate radial hairlines that appears differently when light changes. When worn in daylight, the dial puts on a silver or champagne colour tone.

At most times, the stamping pattern expresses the light purple surface of Mt. Iwate. Also, the GMT giant arrow hand is showing a shiny light purple, making it one of a highlight of this special edition model.

This Grand Seiko SBGM249 is a Wako department store exclusive available only in Japan and it is a limited production model to only 50 pieces.
