It's always difficult losing a best friend. These memorial tags were created to give your furry family member a place in your home forever. 

These Memorial Tags include your pet's name, date of birth/adoption to death, and a small design at the bottom. 

For your design, please be broad with your description. I can do things such as trees, waves, mountains, sunshine, pawprints, hearts, etc. If you've seen a stamp of my collection, you are welcome to write that in. I will email you if your request cannot be completed.
